The Student Nurses’ Association at Mount Carmel (SNAM) is collecting school supplies for children in need who attend nearby Avondale Elementary School. Supplies should be placed in the collection box in the main lobby by August 24. Items needed include: wide-rule notebooks and loose-leaf paper, binders, pencils, pens, crayons, scisssors, construction paper, glue or glue sticks, tape, rulers, colored pencils, pencil sharpeners, pencil cases, Kleenex, reward stickers, markers, art supplies, anti-bacterial gel and erasers.
