Want to learn how to be more handy in the kitchen while making healthy, tasty meals? Join us for a cooking class on Monday, March 28 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Mount Carmel Healthy Living Center in the 777 W. State St. building. The class will provide a hands-on cooking experience and include a full meal at the end of class. Participants will receive take-home recipes and handouts. Recipes can be adjusted to be vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free. Please specify any dietary restrictions when registering for class with Colleen Cipriani at ccipriani@mccn.edu or at (614) 234-5828.
