Maggie Miller-Rea

As part of our ongoing series of profiles of faculty, staff and student representatives, this month we feature Records & Registration coordinator, Maggie Miller-Rea.

Name: Maggie Miller-Rea

Hometown: West Liberty, WV

Alma Mater: Wheeling Park High School

I can’t live without: my dogs

If I could spend the day with one person it would be: Mark Miller, my late husband

If I could travel anywhere, I would go to: Hawaii

When I have down time, I: just enjoy being outside (walking my dogs, flower gardening and swimming).

My favorite movies are: Steel Magnolias and Good Will Hunting

The quote I tend to live by is: “Enjoy the little things in life because one day you’ll realize that they were the big things.” – Kurt Vonnegut

I love my job because: it never gets boring. I get to interact with so many different people every day!

One thing you may not know about me is: I previously fostered dogs for a Sheltie rescue organization, which is why I had five of my own. It’s called failed fostering when you can’t give them up!
