Instructor Meghan Hixenbaugh, MSN, RN, CPN, CPNP, and her NURS 407 clinical group assisted with health, vision and hearing screenings at United Prep Academy Elementary School in September. The school nurse and MCCN alum, Karen Pacht, RN (‘74), appreciated the service learning project and wrote the following:
