Student Counseling

Carebridge provides personal counseling to the student and their household members. A referral to Carebridge is necessary and can be obtained by speaking to Laura Lawrence (Student Health Nurse) or Colleen Cipriani (Director of Student Life). Students can also speak with individual faculty members who then can forward the student to either of the above individuals. Students are entitled to six free visits with a counselor. Carebridge continues to be available to faculty, staff and students and may be accessed at www.myliferesource.com or by calling 800-437-0911. The counselors are all master’s prepared professionals who can help the student or family member with:

  • Marital Relationships
  • Substance Abuse
  • Grief and Loss
  • Stress Management
  • Parent/Child Relationships
  • Difficult Emotional Issues
