August 1 through September 26 - Want to get a fun, upbeat full body workout in? This class concentrates on longer cardiovascular components interspaced with shorter intervals for body-weight challenges.
YOGA, TUESDAYS, 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.
August 1 through September 26 - Yoga is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga series with a mix of movement and breathing. We suggest bringing your own mat, or you can enjoy the grass beneath your feet.
KICKBOXING, WEDNESDAYS, 5:15 pm-6:15 pm
August 2 through September 27 (no class September 13) – Kickboxing is a constantly varied mix of martial arts skills (kicking and punching) and functional movements using your body weight.
BOOTCAMP, WEDNESDAYS, 6:15 to 7 p.m.
Session 2: August 2 through September 27 (no class September 13) – Bootcamp is a constantly varied mix of functional movements using your body weight and other equipment.
HIP HOP, WEDNESDAYS, 7 to 8 p.m.
August 2 through September 27 (no class September 13) – This introductory-level Hip Hop class provides a structured method of learning various Hip Hop dance movements.

August 5 through September 30 (no class August 12, 26) – Yoga is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga series with a mix of movement and breathing. Basic yoga poses and breathing techniques are blended together to create an invigorating workout that will leave you balanced and ready for a busy weekend.
